I brought in Shadow for frequent urination, and urinating outside the litter box. I just thought he was just having behavioral issues. But I noticed his symptoms get worse over the week, he would never sit in one spot for more than 2 minutes and would go to the litter box 20+ times an hour, I would wake up every morning mop in hand ready to tackle the mess. We were both miserable. After scheduling an appointment and bringing him in he was seen and treated with so much care, the staff was so kind and knowledgeable. They diagnosed him with a UTI and sent me home with treatment within the hour. Quickest visit to the hospital I've ever experienced and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg! Already Shadow is back to normal and not spending hours visiting the litter box and we're only on day 3 of the 10 day treatment. He hasn't urinated outside the litter box since he came home. I can't thank Swan Harbor enough! It is such a relief to see him get better and enjoy life outside of the litter box.

The staff is really friendly and area very clean. They took the time to explain the results of my cat's blood work and was very patient with me and my questions. Thank you for making the very rough situation more manageable by being very kind, friendly, and compassionate.

The staff is wonderful and so caring. They treat your pets like their own. My cat was very sick, they made her better and showed her so much love during that time. I am thankful for them.
